My wife and I was looking for a house to buy in Melbourne Beach following a job transfer from New Jersey. I worked with Tracey for 3 months when I was moving from MD to FL and was very impressed and happy with the results. She is very considerate to the people she works with and was very helpful in finding my new home. She listened to what I wanted, sent me homes, but did not over do it with the houses to look at and knew the area very well. I know this because I was raised here so I also knew the area.
Tracey is respectful of the people she works for in trying to find a home and that made a big difference. She also knew the laws and contract negotiations when closing the home, which was good as they are very different from MD.
